Wednesday Why: Watch Out Chi-Town, Here We Come!

We are super excited that one month from today we will be heading way up da bayou to bring a taste of south Louisiana to the “Windy City”. If you’re in the Chicago area, come out and see us at Gumbo Stomp and help support efforts to rebuild New Orleans and save the wetlands. Gumbo Stomp is an annual benefit held by our good friends and amazing Louisiana Estuary Experience volunteers at All Saints Episcopal Church featuring live Cajun and Zydeco music, dancing, food and fun. And this year, “Bayou Chef Extraordinaire” Kevin Henry will be onhand dishing up his famous jambalaya. All proceeds benefit the Jericho Road Episcopal Housing Initiative of New Orleans and Bayou Grace. See below for details. Hope to see all of our Chicagoland peeps!
