Coastal Land Loss Presentations
Learn why coastal Louisiana experiences the highest rates of UNNATURAL land loss in the world and what can be done to reverse the tide. Bayou Grace Community Services seeks to bring awareness regarding this issue in its effort to restore and protect coastal Louisiana by engaging and mobilizing local and national community members in advocacy and other solutions via environmental outreach projects, volunteerism, and continuous education on coastal land loss, restoration and protection. April 30, 2010: Annual Bake Sale Fundraiser and Outreach Event
Bayou Grace is planning a fundraising/outreach event Friday, April 30 at the Chauvin Piggly Wiggly. We’ll be selling t-shirts, sweet treats, and other baked goods, and, of course, talking about our beloved wetlands. We’d love your help!
